AKI WU / 吳秋霆
Aki is an aspiring graphic designer who sees design as a fresh pair of eyes to observe the world with. Out of passion for visual design, she has been actively engaged in various art opportunities during her time in St. Stephen’s College, even winning countless national and international visual design competitions. Her work has been critically acclaimed by her peers, the school’s music department and has been published in school publications. Outside of art, her dedication to music also shines through in her time as chairlady of the College Symphonic Band and vice-chairlady of the College Orchestra.
After high school, Aki has chosen to take time off from school to focus on observing the world. She believes that cultivating a relentless curiosity towards her surroundings is integral to her creativity, and is enriching her pursuit of design in Tokyo as an undergraduate at Musashino Art University. To Aki, design is the ability to translate what words cannot capture, and her lifelong mission is to apply this philosophy to every project in the future.
